Hutong Evening: Hutong, Dinner, Bar Street(Private vehicle and guide).

Hutong's: The old narrow paths where common people lived. All the Hutong's crisscross with each other, dotted with a Kindergarten, a Bell Tower, a Drum Tower, a Tea House, and a lake, House of Gong Infant and local people's houses scattered among them.

Bar Street near Houhai Lake (Shichahai Lake): Probably the most popular spot for Beijing's evening life, where there is live music as well on the weekends, and an even denser, smokier crowd of ex-pats and locals. This place seems to be the place for singles to meet each other, play darts, and shout at one another above the music. We had a good martini at the Minders, though they used black olives rather than green ones -- but, hey, at this point of the evening, who cares?

Our English speaking tour guides pick up passengers from different hotels at about 8:00 to 8:30 am, take them to see the most famous attractions, and take them back to different hotels at 17:00 pm in the afternoon.
