Itinerary:
Day 1 Arrival / Beijing
Transfer via: by air-own arrangement
Upon arrival at Beijing airport, you will be met by our English speaking tour guide and transferred to hotel. Leisure on your own for the rest of the day.
Day 2 Beijing (B,L,D)
Visit Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Summer Palace. Watch Beijing Opera at night.
Beijing Opera is a synthesis of stylized action, singing, dialogue and mime, acrobatic fighting and dancing to represent a story or depict different characters and their feelings of gladness, anger, sorrow, happiness, surprise, fear and sadness.
Day 3 Beijing (B,L,D)
Day tour to Mutianyu Great Wall, Ming Tombs (Changling) & Sacred Way. Enjoy Beijing Roasted Duck for dinner.
Travelers to Peking shouldn't miss trying the Peking Roasted Duck. To enjoy the famous duck, the Restaurant QuanJuDe is the best choice for you. It has multiple outlets in Peking (Beijing). The old restaurant first opened in 1860. The duck here is said to be the best in Peking, and the service is very good as well.
Day 4 Beijing / Xi'an (B,L)
Transfer via: by overnight train Train No.: Z19 (depart Beijing at 21h24, arrive Xi'an at 08h25 next day)
Visit Temple of Heaven, Hutong Tour, transfer to the train station for the train to Xi'an, soft sleeper. Stay overnight on the train.
Day 5 Xi'an (B,L)
Pickup from train station, transfer to hotel to freshup and have breakfast. Full day tour to Terra Cotta Warriors, Big Wild Goose Pagoda & Bell Tower.
Today will be your highlights in Xi'an. The Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses are the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century. It has been regarded as THE 8TH WONDER OF THE WORLD! Over 2,200 years ago, the first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang in search of immortality, ordered the construction of a vast army of 8,000 life-sized Terra Cotta warriors and buried with him to protect his empire after his early death. They were discovered accidentally in 1974 by farmers digging a well. For history lovers, the sight is truly breathtaking.
Day 6 Xi'an (B,L)
Visit Shaanxi Provincial Museum, Old City Wall, and Grand Mosque - the Muslem Quarter.
Visit the Old City Wall. It is the most complete city wall survived in China as well as one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. The wall was built in the Tang dynasty (618 -907) and enlarged in the Ming dynasty (1368-1644).
Day 7 Xi'an / Shanghai (B,L,D)
Transfer to airport for flight to Shanghai. Pickup by your tour guide in Shanghai airport and transfer to the hotel. Visit Yu Garden, Old Town Bazaar, Shanghai Museum. At night, watch the famous Shanghai Acrobats.
Yu Garden. This delightfully restored labyrinth of tiny specialty shops, tea and snack houses centered around a Ming - dynasty mandarin Suzhou-style garden is a fascinating spot to people-watch over a pot of tea, to shop for unique souvenirs and to get a feel for Old Shanghai. It is well worth a meander through the Yu Garden, which has many scenic courtyards decorated with baroque rockery, pools and flora, all connected by corridors and passageways.
Day 8 Shanghai (B,L)
Jade Buddha Temple, the Bund, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Free time on Nanjing Road - the most famous shopping street in Shanghai. Fly to Guilin at night. Be met and transfer to the hotel.
Visit The Bund. Have a stroll along the waterfront to experience the smells, sights and sounds of the old "Wall Street" in Shanghai. Banks, trading houses, residences, hotels and clubs all had a view of bustling Huangpu River traffic as they shared in the city's rising and falling fortunes. Then walking along the famous shopping street-Nanjing Road. It is said that shopping in Shanghai is the most varied and rewarding in China.
Oriental Pearl TV Tower. With its 468 meters high (1,536 feet), the tower is the third tallest TV and radio tower in the world as well as the tallest structure in Asia. It is the best place to have a birds-eye-view of Shanghai City. With its unique and amazing design, it has become the new landmark of Shanghai and a big magnet for tourists. The viewing area is half-way up and offers a splendid unparalleled view of the Bund, the emerging new modern Shanghai. The view of Shanghai from this height fills you with wonder at the beauty that surrounds you.
Day 9 Guilin (B,L)
Visit Reed Flute Cave, Elephant Trunk Hill and Seven Star Park.
Reed Flute Cave is one of the largest known examples of what each tropical karst cone conceals within it. The script writers and set designers for Star Trek would have a field day in this cavernous underground stalactite/stalagmite maze-style theater. The dropping water is rich and the dripstones are not only in various types but also in big size, displaying a wonderful cave world. This cave was called "The Art Gallery of Mother Nature".
Day 10 Guilin / Yangshuo (B,L)
After the breakfast you take bus to Dock. You will start your Li River Cruise from here. The total Journey is around 30 Kilometers and takes 4 hours. On the way you will see the most beautiful landscapes and pass throw the local villages.
Later this day you will arrive at Yangshuo. You can also choose to stay in the town, stroll around the local market, witness the daily activities of local society. Or you might enjoy a class for Chinese Tachi in Yangshuo at sunset (optional).
Yangshuo, the natural scenery features unique karst hills, crystal water, exquisite stones and intricate caves as well as a cultural historic heritage and folks of diverse customs. At night, have fun on the West Street, don't drink too much to miss tomorrow's program. Or you can go to watch the envening show - Impression Liu Sanjie (optional). The Cormorant Bird catching fish show at night is also something new (optional).
Day 11 Yangshuo / Guilin / Hong Kong (B,L)

Morning bike ride in around Yangshuo, visit Moon Hill. You might take safe water rafting on Yulong River through limestone mountains and trails in your own free time (optional). Later today you will be transferred to the airport for the flight to Hong Kong.
Biking in Beautiful Yangshuo: When you escape onto the country roads, lanes and tracks of the distinctive and beautiful Yangshou countryside, you would see rice paddies, farm house, green limestone hills. Biking through the paddy field and orchards that surround the famous mountains will give a fascinating insight into life in rural China. Centuries old farming methods sit side by side with mobile phones and satellite dishes.
The fantastic view from the top of the Moon Hill has made this hill one of Yangshuo's best attractions! Moon Hill has a natural round cave at the peak and from a distance, the cave (a hole in the peak) resembles the moon, hence the name.
Day 12 Hong Kong (B)
Half day Hong Kong city tour in the morning. Visit Victoria Peak, Aberdeen, Repulse Bay. Lunch is on your own. Free time in the afternoon.
Recommend you to take the Morning Star Ferry to enjoy the magnificent night view of Victoria Bay. The ferry has a history more than one hundred years, and it was the main tranportation tool for people to go from Hong Island to Kowloon.
The Victoria Peak is Hong kong's number one tourist destination. It features the city's of oldest mode transport, the 112-year old Peak Tram and Hong Kong's most unusual building and icon, The Peak Tower. It combine shoppings, restaurants, and entertainment.
Aberdeen Harbour is home of hundreds of people living on fishing junks. Take sampan ride to get a close-up look at this unusual way of life.
Repulse Bay has a relaxed, resort-like atmosphere. The wide beach is popular with residents and great for sandy strolls. It features statues of Kwun Yum and Tin Hau, both protectors of fishermen.
Day 13 Hong Kong / Depart (B)
Free time till to be transferred to airport for flight to sweet home.
