Wonderful trip in China

We are backhome today.We wanted to THANK YOU personally and therefore visited your office and took your precious time, but it was worthwhile.Yes, you are right, you cleared all our doubts through number of e-mails, you answered all our querries.I sincerely appreciate your planning for our trip, looking to our age, YOU planned so well that it was never tiring, enough rest, NO continuous travel and every thing you arranged with utmost care and our comfort.

1) Selection of all hotels are very good, excellent locations with possible vegetarian breakfast due to your care for us.

2) Selection of all restaurants everywhere for lunch was very good. We understand that when we travel, we have to be flexible for food, but your arrangements were perfact.

3) Travel by train and air, and the cruise was (Li river and Yangtse) great comfort, favourable timings and great experience.

4) All the GUIDE friends at everyplace , well behaved, polite and knowledgeble, caring and helpful. Everywhere all guides were on time, we never had to wait at the hotel or airport etc. We were also on time for visits, so no waste of time. Utilised visit timings properly, never required to make hurry etc.

5) All car in very good condition, comfortable with helpful and well behaved cooperative drivers.

We were NOT sure before the trip, but YOU never, never give us an opportunity for any complain, because of your experience and able handling of everything for us.

My city is small, but anyone plans China visit, I will strongly suggest SINOWAY. Ms.Sara and all your staff, I have NO words to THANK YOU all.
